Life crises as growth accelerators
Grief can have many faces. Letting it go can give your life a hugely positive turnaround. Below you will find a little help to identify “hidden grief”:
Does the phrase “Why always me?” often come to mind and/or do you feel overwhelmed, overpowered or angry?
A feeling of isolation spreads through you and/or you feel “not enough”?
Do you notice that a gray veil has settled over your everyday life, taking the brightness out of your life?
Do you have the feeling that you no longer have anything “under control” or that you are “not needed”?
Do you want or need to say goodbye to a situation or a person, but don't know how?
Your (heart's) desire remains unfulfilled, a dream has been dashed, a plan hasn't worked out or something hasn't gone according to plan?
Do you feel sadness inside you, but don't know where it comes from or how to deal with it?
A serious loss/separation fills you with grief?
Would you like to say goodbye to a loved one in person, but are afraid of what awaits you or are you afraid of what you might see?
Are you looking for a way to deal with grief and death that suits you?
I am happy to support you in finding YOUR way out of the grief, crisis or challenging situation and taking control of your life again. Letting go means being able to feel alive again and to integrate the experiences of your past in such a way that a new, bright future can be opened up.
... And if you like, I can help you take away the wisdom that YOU might gain from it...
...because it is known from wisdom research that difficult life situations generate wisdom, regardless of age. However, it is also a fact that not everyone who experiences difficulties automatically becomes wiser as a result.
Wisdom is more than just knowledge or intelligence. It encompasses the ability to gain and apply deep understanding, judgment and insight to solve complex and difficult life problems and contribute to living a fulfilling and meaningful life. If you would like to read more on this topic, click here.
